It’s official.
It has the new twenty four million pixels CCD designed and manufactured by Nikon.
The new Nikon super high definition (NSHD) three and a half inch moveable viewing screen.
Real time view - press the RTV button and the mirror moves out of the way allowing a real time LCD view of the photo to be taken, just like a fixed lens digicam.
Nikon’s exclusive Dynamic Range Engine, no lost highlights or unwanted shadows anymore.
Dynamic range has been increased by a factor of 500% (now far superior to film dynamic range)
Noise at high ISOs has been further reduced and is almost no existent.
The viewfinder has increased in size by 100% and is 200% brighter too…and…
Oh! Wait a minute………wrong camera.
Sorry, I was looking at the leaked photographs of the Nikon D95 – not out for a few years yet.
Anyone can make a mistake.
D80 looks very nice! I’ll have to try it out at the store.
Damn, I’m so broke! And Panasonic will also release a good few compact cameras too… damn!, Damn! Damn! Gimme some money Roy!
