Knight Rider the movie
Yeah, baby! KITT, the talking and jumping car I loved from my childhood days (early 80s, my friend) is ready to make a splash on the big screen in 2008! KITT sure looks sexy here but I wonder who will play Michael Knight…

… and I touched it! Woohoo (no, I didn’t get close enough to it at the Tokyo Game Show)!!
Anyway, besides running a good handful of trailers for upcoming games, the PS3 unit is just sitting in the center of the booth with only the buttons/disc-slot area having a protection cover over it. The rest of the body is exposed in all it’s glory.
Now that I’ve gotten so close to it and touched it, I realise this thing is huge! I think it may even be comparable to the size of the original Xbox. The words PlayStation 3 is raised from the body, speaking of which, I hate the high-gloss material of the body - it looks cheesy and cheap. But the visuals produced by this beast are truly incredible, to say the least.
No commentsUSB Hamster Wheel
Are you one of those super busy and important people at work where if you left your seat for a second, the whole company would collapse? If so, I guess not many people will bother to talk to you and you probably got no friends either. But you gotta take your mind off things once in a while or you’ll snap and go around biting people….
Threat not, here comes the ultimate… erm… friend for you; the USB Hamster Wheel! Plug it into your USB port, load the software and just type away! As you type, the hamster gets running, spinning the hamster wheel around in the process - the faster you type, the faster he runs! How’s that? Can’t beat that, huh?
No? Oh, OK, how about the nunchaku swinging Ninja Hamster then?
No commentsCarl Zeiss lenses for Nikon F mount
Photokina 2006:
“Zeiss has announced no less than four new ZF series manual focus prime lenses for Nikon F mount. First come the Distagon T* 35 mm F2.0 and 25 mm F2.8 ZF lenses, promising fast wide angle.
Next the Makro-Planar T* 50 mm F2.0 and 100 mm F2.0 ZF lenses, a combination of excellent, sharp macro performance and a very fast maximum aperture. These lenses range in price from US$824 (the two Distagon lenses) to US$1,749 for the Makro-Planar 100 mm F2.0.”
Well, the Distagon T* 2/35 ZF is the one for me. Would have prefered something more like 18mm f1.4, though. Hahahaha… man, that would rock!
