The Dark Knight
… the title to the ‘Batman Begins’ sequel which will hit the theaters on July 18, 2008. Above is the teaser image on Warner Bros’ new official website for the movie (thats all they have on there right now).
Director Chris Nolan is back on the helm along with most of the original cast: Christian Bale, Gary Oldman, Michael Caine, Morgan Freeman, etc. The villian in this sequel will be the kick-ass Joker and is played by Heath Ledger. Can’t wait to see some official pics of him – I hope his looks will be as sadistic as some of the comics…

Btw, my fav Batman movies are the originals by Tim Burton: 1989′s Batman and 1992′s Batman Returns. They are visual master-pieces! And Michael Keaton as Batman rocked!
Joel Schumacher’s Batman Forever (1995) and Batman & Robin (1997) are pure @#!&%$%#&#!!! The worst thing ever put to film, period (no, I haven’t seen Street Fighter 2 the movie yet)! Val Kilmer as Batman was OK, but George Clooney as Batman was @#!&%$%#&#!!!
Batman Begins (2005)… hmmmmmmm… to be honest, I only thought was so so. But after such crap like Batman Forever and Batman & Robin, I guess I shouldn’t complain…
