Well, revenge is gained and a big congrats to AC Milan (2-1). They didn’t get this far with luck, they had all the skills and qualities required. A totally magnificent team that deserves the glory to be Champions of Europe for the seventh time. Congratulazioni!
As cruel as it is, Liverpool outclassed a vulnerable Milan and had a lot of chances to cause damage but Liverpool lacked the class and quality to put the ball on target. Now that Liverpool Football Club are owned by American billionaires, Tom Hicks and George Gillett, I sure hope they will pump more cash into the transfer fund so Liverpool can buy some better world-class players like what Chelsea has been doing for years. It’s also time Liverpool put more effort into the English Leagues (which they suck in), not just chase the Champions League.
Liverpool played better but Italians were more lucky…
