iPhone finally arrives
And thank god for that. No, not because I’m really into this thing. Its more like, ‘it’s finally over’ so the Mac related sites I usually visit can finally talk about something else.
Jeez, for weeks, every Mac site I read has talked about nothing other than the iPhone. Seriously, I mean talked about nothing. Daily updates were iPhone, iPhone, iPhone! Things like… AT&T iPhone training manual released, iPhone launch guide released, AT&T’s EDGE is slow, iPhone has new battery, free iPhone for employees, etc., etc., etc. It was really getting to me. I didn’t bother to read those articles, just the titles showing up constantly on my RSS reader was enough to drive me nuts.

You’re a loser. Why did you write like 5000000 entries on your retarded pet rabbit? Holy shit, you’re like in your 30′s and you have a frickin’ shrine for the little piece of shit. They’re like 15 bucks each, just go get another one. His “surgery” probably cost like a thousand dollars. Don’t give me that “he can never be replaced” shit because it’s just a rabbit. Their brains are tiny, Ulala or whatever probably never even remembered you for longer than a few hours. Not to mention your belief in UFOs, your website shows a prime example of how never to live one’s life. That reminds me, you should go get a life.
Mile-wide UFO
Do any of you guys believe in UFOs and that kinda stuff? I believe in a few of the mysteries such as Big-Foot, Nessie, UFO, etc. But all to a certain extent. I won’t go into what I believe in for this entry. I’ll save all that for a later post.
Back to the title: the crew and passengers of an airliner apparently spotted a massive UFO over the Channel Islands recently. It is said to be approx. a mile-wide, making it one of the largest UFOs ever spotted. Other pilots for other airlines have also reported seeing the huge object. Best yet, it was not alone. There was supposedly another one hovering close by…
6 commentsSLUMP THE BOX 2 figures
… on display in Yodobashi Akiba! These are the next set of 15 figures that will come with the final Dr Slump DVD box set, Slump The Box – Hoyoyo Edition, which will begin shipping on September 14th.
These ‘set 2′ figures were displayed right next to the ‘set 1′ figures and I was really surprised to see that the ‘set 2′ figures are actually bigger than those from ‘set 1′! What’s with that?! I mean, if we were to display all 30 figures together, it would look really silly cuz some of the figure’s ratio are a little odd. For instance, Suppaman (Superman) is actually pretty short in the anime – the same height and size ratio as Norimaki Senbe (Dr Slump). But because Senbe came with ‘set 1′ and Suppaman comes with ‘set 2′, Suppa-man is actually bigger than Senbe when placed next to each other. This is just so, so silly! I’m pretty bummed about this… but I still want ‘em!

2 commentsThe new Batsuit
The new Batsuit for the new Batman movie, The Dark Knight, was revealed in the latest issue of the Entertainment Weekly magazine. The costume designer, Lindy Hemming, also gets a chance to talk about the new suit’s features.
Sometimes, I really wonder why the f* can’t the movie makers just leave the Batsuit alone? This question of mine pretty much sums up the fact that I do not like the new Batsuit. Can you blame me, though? Just take a look at the new batsuit. Does it or does it not remind you of the horrible alternative Batsuits that Val Kilmer/George Clooney wore near the end of the Batman Forever/Batman and Robin movies?
14 commentsHair loss
I can no longer hide from the fact that I am actually going bald. Maybe I shouldn’t say ‘hide’ because I knew it would eventually happen from an early age and that I had started to loose hair for the last 4- 5 years or so. I think it is safer to say that ‘it has finally hit me’ and I am beginning to get paranoid because during the last year, my hair loss accelerated ‘fast’, to say the very least.
Like said, I knew it would come eventually even from I was around 11 yrs old. My father had become bald before I was born. I have 2 elders brothers whom are now also bald. Not ‘bald’ bald – it is the kind where there is hair on the back and sides but not on the front and top. Oh, and my granma (mom’s mom) has a bald patch at the back of her head. All this indicates that inheritance is a major factor therefore how can I even have the slightest hope of retaining a head full of hair? Sigh…
9 commentsAJAX Edit Comments
I’ve added the ‘WP Ajax Edit Comments‘ plugin (for WordPress 2.1+) giving you guys the ability to edit your comments inline after they appear on the site.
After posting a comment, you will see instructions on your comment box along with a countdown timer. You will have 15 30 minutes (after your comment appears on the site) to edit your ‘information’ and/or ‘comment’ as many times as you like. Very handy for correcting any mistakes you may have or adding additional information. And being in AJAX allows everything to be done without the need for the page to refresh. Great stuff!
Ouch!
Jeez, this is really bizzare – the whole thing… :
1 commentAmanda Monti, 24, flew into a rage when Geoffrey Jones, 37, rejected her advances at the end of a house party, Liverpool Crown Court heard.
In his statement, Mr Jones said she grabbed his genitals and “pulled hard”.
He added: “That caused my underpants to come off and I found I was completely naked and in excruciating pain.”
The court heard that a friend saw Monti put Mr Jones’s testicle into her mouth and try to swallow it.
