OMFG! But I really didn’t expect all that much from our boys after witnessing last year’s disastrous performances at the World Cup – Germany 2006. And with Steve McClaren’s new reign over England (after the World Cup), erm…, ahem…, OK…
Judging by what the pros are saying back home, it really sounds as if England did not deserve to qualify. Man, this really blows. Even bringing Beckham on after half-time was not enough to save the day… sigh. This is an embarrassing time to be a Brit football fan…
