New MacBook Pro w/multi-touch

Well, besides being long overdue, the newly released MacBook Pro still doesn’t get a new enclosure design. However, it is now equipped with the new multi-touch trackpad, just like the MacBook Air.

Right now, I could really do with the high-end 15″ model with it’s 512mb graphics ram and 250gb HD. My iMac has been acting iffy for a while now and I just cannot justify getting it fixed. Afterall, PowerPC support is about to get dropped (from the next Mac OSX). But, due to a whole load of circumstances, I cannot afford a new Mac… for a while. I’ll just have to continue to dream… sigh.

Can we say fanboy?
Those photos look like they were taken at the same time. Does it mean that you still keep those old dinosaurs around? Sell them all and maybe you could afford a new iMac. Recycle, recycle. I sold all my DVDs over the weekend and got enough to pay for my ipod touch!!
I’m going to buy an iMac, somewhere in a few months. Hope they upgrade it too tho.
Next month we’re going to move to our new apartment, and have to buy stuff, so my budget will be limited to buy the necessities.
Your macs are in nice condition. I become very attached to my old macs, but Roy is right… (^^;) Not trying to tell you how to live life, but it might help you get a new mac. Hate to see someone who needs a new computer go without…
512MB of vram would be nice and so would a larger HD. For me it will wait for a few years. I might just buy a MacBook Air…

Hey, I lived and breathed Macs. Afterall, I was exposed to Macs from the beginning since these are the only machines we use in art/technical institutes. I ain’t no switcher and nor am I one of those whom switched to Macs just cuz they’re cool

Nah, the pics were taken ages ago. I usually sell the existing to gather cash for the next. The only one I have now is the 15″ PowerBook (+ iMac).
Oh, you got an iPod touch - they’re cool. Getting the iPod touch is probably one of the only few times I can say to myself that “money was well spent.”. WiFi and Safari (and the usability) is well worth the asking price, imo.
