Adobe Media Player provides access to free and ad-supported network shows and podcasts from the likes of CBS, PBS, MTV, etc. Right now, there is not a great deal of channels to choose from but I guess we can expect more to come once the Adobe Media Player establishes itself. And when that happens, expect the introduction of payment systems for purchases and rentals.

I’ve given the software a quick spin and my verdict is: it looks good, easy-to-use and the video quality is pretty decent. I dig it!

I hadn’t given much attention to this before, when I seen it on the Adobe site. Most of my attention has been on Adobe Air.
