Barbacoa Grill

… a Brazilian Grill in Omotesando where ten of us got together last night to celebrate my upcoming and Aaron’s belated birthday.

This restaurant specialises in Brazilian grilled meat and best of all… wait for it… it’s all-you-can-eat! Meat heaven… muhuhuhuhu! Of course, there is a salad bar too which is also all-you-can-eat.

Which cut comes from which part

Instead of the average ‘go and help yourself’ style, each waiter has their own slab of meat which they go around to every table with and carve off the meat in front of you. True, they only give you a slice or two but there are so many kinds of meat going around, you really don’t wanna binge on just the one type (not to mention, the same will come around again, eventually).

Steak – phwoar

The meat/food consists of things like, sausages, chicken, pepper steaks, garlic steaks, rump steak, special rump cuts, upper udder meat, lamb, salad, cheese puffs, etc., etc. And they’re just sooooooooo good! All for only JP¥4,200 per head (or ¥6,000-ish with all-you-can-drink)!

Man, meat is so brutal. I ate so much, I have a meat hangover today. I think I really ought to check into rehab for meat abuse…

Steak again – phwoar, phwoar

There was just too much meat for some

As much as I love meat, I did binge on 2 plates of salad too

Steak again and again – phwoar, phwoar, phwoar

Chick-a-licious

My birthday… slice of gateaux

Aaron gets his own b’day cake too and boy does he look chuffed

Someone is desperate
