amamika – contemporary handmade jewelry
Tokyo designer friends of mine, Ippei and Janine, whom recently set up their own jewelry design business named, amamika, was interviewed at Tokyo’s renowned fashion accessory trade show, Rooms, where their amamika brand made it’s debut.

And here it is, the FINAL VERSION of the 1/6th The Dark Knight Batman figure from Hot Toys. If you remember, I saw and blogged about the prototype version a few months back. Since then, the figure has been improved significantly and will arrive next month! Awesome!

That’s right! During my eight years in Tokyo, I don’t ever recall being able to buy lunch for ¥500 (except fast food joints like McDonalds). What makes this Hawaiian restaurant all the more amazing (for value) is, not only do you get a main dish, but salad and soup is also included! Oh, and did I mention this place is near Nishi-Azabu (expensive area).

I’ve wanted the Apple Universal Dock since the days when I first bought my iPod touch (close to a year ago). God knows why I didn’t get one all this time. Well, tonight I finally decided to get it. And it was literally free.

Hot Toys: 1/6th Two-Face/Harvey Dent
Yes! Just as I predicted in my Bank Robber Joker entry (actually, it’s common sense – milk the franchise while it’s hot), Hot Toys has a Two-Face 1/6th figure on the way! Below the fold is the teaser image from the newsletter to prove it, woot! As you can see, it’s already looking fantastic!

I’ve just updated to the latest iPhone 2.1 firmware but since I’ve only had my iPhone for a week, during which, I didn’t really use it a great deal (too darn busy) therefore I’m not really sure how many problems/bugs currently exist with the 2.0.2 firmware.
