A few pics from my recent HK trip
Due to the nature of my trip, I knew I wouldn’t have a great of deal of time to go around Hong Kong therefore I didn’t bring my Nikon DSLR with me, just my aging compact cam and my iPhone 3G. Speaking of the iPhone, I have a locked Japanese version but was able to unlock it for use in Hong Kong. I’ll let you know how that is done in an upcoming entry.
Anyway, here are a few quick snaps of whatever. The pics are not sorted by date nor by which cam was used but I’m sure you’ll be able to tell which ones are by the iPhone – the quality is mega crap!

Victoria Harbour
Victoria Harbour is again just around the corner from the hotel I stayed in. Spent quite a bit of time sitting here thinking about things.
Marco Polo Hong Kong Hotel
The exact same hotel I stayed in last time. Same deluxe suite, only this time a single bed.

Mega f*ing mosquito bite! The mosquito decided it wanted a piece of me while I was walking to the hospital.

Food

You gotta go for dim-sum in HK, ya gotta!

Wonton and shrimp balls noodle soup

Arrived in HK a whole hour early. Ate some char sui and roast duck with rice at a fast food joint in the airport while waiting for my brother to arrive.
Art in the airport

A piece of art at the HK airport by Danny Chin Fai Lee. Reminds me of Apple’s water-drop mouse and AU KDDI’s designer mobile, PENCK, from a few years back.
