Eddie- what’s your next step? D700? But no HD video. D90? HDvideo but poor audio.

I’m sort of stuck- I don’t see what’s the right next Nikon.

Do you really need video, though? Don’t get me wrong, it’ll be good to have but I’m not sure I would really use it (plus, they don’t work that well, at the moment).
A separate small pocket HD cam makes more sense to me.

Aging? You’ve only had it for a couple of years, haven’t you?

I seriously want a D700. The video is of no importance to me. But I think I’m just going to buy a new lens and play with that. That should satisfy me, I think.

Hmm, I have the Nikon D60, bought it before summer. I just want a new lens, since my level is beginner. I think the HD is a lame feature of a DSLR anyways, so I wouldn’t even consider that feature. I would go for the D90 if you just want to snap a picture once in a while. IF you can spend the money, go for the D700! :D But with it’s pricing at about 2600$ it’s more for the advanced people. Invest in some good lenses, that’d be more for your money me thinks :/
