Hi Eddie,
My name is Wendy and living in Houston, TX USA. I know you don’t know me, but there is a story my family and me really wish if we can share with you. I have been looking at your Kurara photos all the time, and everyone keep telling me to write a message to you, now I finally have the faith to write you this message.
Believe or not I had one Holland Lop named Amber. He was exactly same looking as Kurara in the way you will be surprised. However, he just rised to the peace in 02/2009. It was my truly pain in my heart. You may ask why we named him “Amber” which is a girl’s name. When the time I bought him from the pets shop, they seller didn’t know he was a male and told me that it’s a little girl, so we used his color to name him “Amber”. But since he knew his name already when he got bigger enough for us to find out he was actually a boy so we just didn’t change his name.
After he passed away, I started searching some Holland Lop’s photo on the website. And one day, I found Kurara’s photos from your flickr. Me and my family were so surprised that the way Kurara looks is so alike as Amber. You know, there are a thousand and thousand photos of Holland Lop on the web searching, but only Kurara got our eye. I believe he is also very specail for you.
Now, I have another Holland Lop also in Orange color. I named him Tobbi. But I still miss Amber so much. I really hope if I can be one of your friend, so we can share some rabbit things?! You are more than welecome to leave me a message. Thank you so much for all your time. And best wishes to you and Kurara.
Wendy

Hi Wendy
Oh dear, I’m sorry to hear about Amber. Don’t be too sad, I’m pretty sure my previous little fellow, Ulala, will be taking great care of Amber from now on in their new peaceful world.
I totally know your pain with the passing of Amber. It took me over a year to be able to finally buy a new bunny. Still, at times, I think about Ulala and miss everything about having him around.
I also know what you mean about the looks of bunnies. To a normal person, all bunnies probably look the same but to a bunny owner, after spending so much time with their bunnies, it is amazing to see that all bunnies really have different looks entirely. I have still yet to see a bunny pic that really looks like Ulala and/or Kurara.
I’m glad you bought yourself a new bunny. Do enjoy your time with Tobbi. I’m sure he will bring you lots of laughs and happiness.

Eddie,
Thank you so much!
When I had Amber I didn’t take too many photos of him, and I feel so bad about that. So, I am trying to take lots of photos of Tobbi now. I specially set up an account to upload some of Amber’s photos to show you. You can find me by searching kubeda as people. Actually the site is flickr/photos/kubeda.
I own a cell phone store, and I used to take Amber with me to the store everyday. I even used his picture to put on in our ads. All my customers knew Amber. He got lots of fans. Lots of people came over to my store just for seeing Amber. He was a sweet boy and won people’s heart. Now, I am taking Tobbi to the store in stead, but the unfair thing is people staring calling Tobbi as Amber, well not on the purpose way,
I guess just everybody is really get used to of Amber.
Be very honest with you, I like your kurara a lot. He must be a very sweet boy. Please enjoy all the happy time with him.
Awww! Thanks I needed a Kurara fix
*Kisses for Kurara*
Oh wow, Kurara is so so adorable….
