ITTS 2009: Hot Toys – Terminator Salvation

When the first images of the Hot Toys Markus Wright figure from Terminator Salvation showed up, fans were quick to point out the headsculpt looked nothing like the onscreen actor. Hot Toys were rather quick to address this: within weeks they re-sculpted the heads. Results? The normal Markus Wright looks pretty decent but as for the terminator Markus headsculpt, hmmmmmm… looks more like a British football hooligan who flew to watch a match someplace in Europe, got into a brawl at a pub and took a bottle to his head. In short, I’m not impressed by it’s accuracy. As for the John Connor/Christian Bale sculpt, it also reminds me of David Beckham. But still, another awesome collection from Hot Toys.
