Me cookz!
I’ve just come to my senses (for the 128th time): I eat out far too often. With all the money I’ve spent dining out, I could have easily bought myself a good few Japanese celebrity girlfriends by now!
So, in order to fulfill my wildest dreams of dating celebrities, I’ve decided to cook more often and have been doing so for the last 4 days or so (woohoo, miracles do happen). Here’s what I cooked last night. Hey, it may be simple and looks like crap but it sure was rather tastey, if I may say so myself…
The ingredients: upper part of chicken wings, potato and carrots, onions and garlic, and some leafy thing which I forgot the name to.
You may wonder why the carrots are chopped so chunky? Well, there was a BBC article I read a while back which said by boiling the carrot whole, the nutrients get locked in. If you cut ‘em up to tiny pieces, all the goods get sucked out. So yeah, couldn’t be bothered cutting it up after it is boiled so I cut ‘em up in bigger chunks.
… and some sauce and stuff.
Yeah~… fry some meat!
Making veg soup. Potatos and carrots go in first.
Pwoar~, Pwoar~, Pwoar~
Then goes in onions and lettuce. See? loadsa veg! Who said I don’t eat veg?
Fry some onions with the chicken then, taa daa… you get what looks like the first picture. I’m soooo da shitz! Gonna open my own restaurant one day. Prolly call it, ‘The Wong Place to Dine‘.. hahahaha
