Liverpool China Town
Liverpool’s gateway to China Town, the Imperial Arch, completely pees on the one in London which looks like it was made from matchsticks. This arch is apparently the largest outside of China and it happily sits in the oldest China Town in Europe, Liverpool.
To me, it is one great looking Chinese arch BUT it is in the wrong city. Liverpool’s China Town is absolutely pathetic – it has nothing but a handful of restaurants (with 90% of them being crap) and a vast majority of the community happen to be rumour/gossip mongers. To say I hate the place is one big understatement.

i quite like the china town in london, very vibrant. your right about the arch though.
ever been to chinatown in glasgow? it’s perhaps the worst in the world. shame edinburgh doesn’t have one!

Things are good. Thankfully. For me and the bunny. Howard is getting fat though. He just loves to laze. Only ever seeking attention for more nibbles. It’s a shame you can’t buy better snacks here in UK for bunnies. I bought some really cute and scrumptious (so Howard eagerly munches away at) snacks for Howie in HK.
Yep, that is certainly some impressive feat on the arc. I would take photos of the one in Glasgow but it will just disappointed you, it’s more like an old ruin of what was formerly an arc.
