Another Hot Toys DX Joker (pic above). Yep, I like it so much, I’ve now got two (I’ll have 2 Batman DXs coming too).
Item number 2
The figure stand that comes with Hot Toys John Connor version 2 – Final Battle Version.
As you’re aware, I have the version 1 John Connor. Version 2 is varied enough from version 1 to warrant a purchase but I really don’t dig it. To me, the scared and bloodied headsculpt is not cool and neither is the black combat suit. But the figure stand… is in itself a piece of art. I just had to have it! I got it from eBay from a seller from Hong Kong who has a few to offer. US$52 including worldwide shipping. A bit pricey but I think it’s worth it.
To me, this stand is like a figure in itself.
Probably one of the best figure stands around.

The John Connor v.2′s stand is so much better than the bog-standard one that came with John Conner v.1

A preview of an upcoming Hot Toys body. This is FREE – I won it in a lucky draw from the FaceBook Hot Toys page. There are a total of 30 winners (I’m number 18) out of the 780-ish participants. All we were required to do is list up what we thought were the best 3 figures from Hot Toys in 2009 (I listed: (1) DX Joker (2) John Connor v1 (3) Marcus Wright).
