iPad stylus

We all use a stylus at work. For note taking on the iPad, a stylus is a must. Having notes in digital form is not only eco-friendly, but it’s much easier to file (categories) and easier to bring up.
Before, I would go through 7-8 notebooks a month (you should see my desk) and never am able to find the notes I need to refer to…
What note-taking ipad app would be best for a stylus? Tempted to get one, heard both good n bad things bout using a stylus. Thanks!
Overall, UPad is best.
FastFinga 3, has an awesome feature where the software turns handwritting into text (OCR).
