Beverly, American izakaya

… Old fashioned style American… izakaya? Stumbled across this place today in one of a good handful of old commercial buildings in Yurakucho. I think the words ‘American izakaya’ drew me to this place. Afterall, I’ve never heard of western restaurants calling themselves izakaya before.

Xi’an

… Chinese restaurant specialising in Toshomen (Xi’an is a region in China). That’s entertainment in itself, man.

Crabs

It’s that season again! Every year around this time, I always go on a Hokkaido Crab binge. For JP¥5,500 you can eat as much crab as you like within 90 mins. Not exactly the sweetest crabs around but it’s good enough considering the price.
