Spider-Man 3 Vinyl Collectible Dolls
I hate exclusive and limited toys! But that’s what also makes them worth more in the long run. But they’re just so hard to get here in Tokyo where everyone happens to be a toy-otaku of some sort.

Spidey promo events in Odaiba

Yesterday, after the World Hobby Festival event, on our way out we spotted a poster for some Spider-Man 3 promo that is going on in the Aqua City shopping mall in Odaiba which runs from April 28 - May 6. Since I and Tony had nothing better to do after the hobby event, we headed off to check it while while Danny headed for home.

Only learnt about this event yesterday after Danny invited me along. Right after chatting with Danny, Tony called me and I thought I’d invite him along. So yeah, the three of us went to the World Hobby Festival today at the Tokyo Big Sight International Exhibition Center in Odaiba.

Sagamihara Koinobori

Every year, Sagamihara river in Sagamihara, which is approx. 2hrs train and bus ride from central Tokyo, collects and shows off over a thousand Koinoboris which draws huge crowds of families, couples, etc. This is the first time I have been to Sagamihara and is definitely the first time I have ever seen so many Koinoboris in one place! 1,200 of them, to be exact! I usually see a few on the balconies or rooftops of apartments/houses.
